Since my accident I had made up my mind that I wanted a smaller SUV for safety reasons. Buying a new car can be so stressful and they made the entire experience super easy and stress free. Every single person that worked there was genuinely kind and welcoming. They tried really hard to work with me and stay within my budget. I was really impressed by everyone who worked there and I'm grateful that I ended up purchasing a car through them. They were really honest and I didn't feel like there was anything sketchy going on, like you can sometimes experience at other dealerships. Now, I'm not going to name names or anything... We finally decided on a 2015 Chrysler 200 he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was very helpful and he made sure that we got the best price out of the van that we could. And when we got to the financing Miranda was very nice and pleasant and very confident that she was giving us the best deal that she possibly could. Whenever we need another vehicle in the future I will definitely come back to Matthews Motors. More

Car Maintenance Johnny at the service desk was awesome! Employees like him get people to come back again and again. we brought our 2007 Ford Escape in for an oil chan Johnny at the service desk was awesome! Employees like him get people to come back again and again. we brought our 2007 Ford Escape in for an oil change a couple weeks ago. partly because of the ad for an inexpensive oil change. They did a very good job on the oil change and also told us we needed new tie rods. Because of Johnny we are back today to get the tie rods fixed. There's a lot of auto shops out there people and quality of service make the difference. We'll be back for more service for sure. Thank you Johnny. More
