Disappointed The staff was nice. But when my husband inquired about a certain car, they said to come into the dealership to look at it. Well, we get to the dealers The staff was nice. But when my husband inquired about a certain car, they said to come into the dealership to look at it. Well, we get to the dealership and the car isn’t even there..it’s at a different dealership 2 hours away, and we live over an hour away to begin with, which they knew, so it was pretty inconsiderate on their part. We end up buying the car anyways, but they will have to deliver it to us. We make sure multiple times that they are able to do so, since we live on base. We kept being told it’s no problem, they do this all the time. Ok great! One less thing for us to do. So, come to the day it gets delivered, they told us they’d call us first thing in the morning with an about time of delivery, but we never heard anything so my husband had to be the one to make the call to get any answers. The car finally makes it to base, and what would ya know? They can’t get on base! The dealership didn’t even tell the gentleman that were delivering the car that we lived on base, so they had no idea. Super nice guys though. So my husband gets in the car, and the dealership said they’d detail the car before it comes to us. Ya know, dealerships do that anyways for their customers. Well, my husband gets in it, and it wasn’t detailed at all. There’s sticky stuff in the cup holders, it’s just dirty. Pretty disappointing. We expected more from this place after looking at the reviews beforehand. More
