Salesman was unknowledgeable and incompetent While we were there for 5+ hours after being told that the car was dirty, they didnt bother to even try to detail it. The salesman( Gary) blames the While we were there for 5+ hours after being told that the car was dirty, they didnt bother to even try to detail it. The salesman( Gary) blames the detail man, meanwhile the detailers said the salesman never mentioned that it needed to be done nor gave them the keys. (The detail man Greg was extremely nice, courteous, and helpful) Greg stated that the vehicle would have been washed, detailed, and filled with gas had he known it needed to be done, yet our salesman never bothered to inform anyone of anything. After getting home after dark we discovered that 5 lamps on the car were not working, there was atleast 1/4 in. Of silt in the coolant reservoir, and it was almost completely out of oil! The oil that was present was BLACK which is hard to do with full synthetic! I have no idea how they obtained an inspection certificate for this car, but it wasnt on the up and up for sure. We were told that it was a trade in from a friend of a salesman and sat for over 3 mos. Absolutely nothing was done to this car after after it was traded in! It sat in the lot until I purchased it. I had to make an appointment to have this vehicle serviced as it should have been for its routine inspection which it would not have passed the way it was sold to me. VERY DISAPPOINTED! More

Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car! Tacoma was so helpful and found exactly what we wanted.
