Ms. Headen we apologize for the issues you are experiencing with the 2011 GMC. According to our records you have not brought your vehicle to us or contacted us to assist in any way. You did buy the vehicle with 135 thousand miles, as is however you purchased extended coverage that show no records of being used. I am including all documents that you signed to verify my findings. (1) The Buyers Guide that you signed reads "AS IS-NO WARRANTY" since this vehicle had 135 thousand miles on it at time of purchase. (2) Since this was an "AS IS VEHICLE" you made the wise decision to purchase an Integrity/Silver warranty which is valid in all 50 states at an ASE certified shop. You mentioned in your complaint that the ball joints, water pump and engine have issues. As long as you have retained all maintenance records, you should be covered. (3) In addition to the Integrity warranty you also have GAP Addendum, CNA National Preferred Tire Care and ECP Plus. (4) We at Matthews Motors of Clayton also provided you with a copy of the CARFAX report that stated no accidents and showed 34 service records in which you also signed. In closing, we at Matthews Motors have provided you with all necessary options to maintain your vehicle... Pease reach out if I can assist. No apology is needed. You was called serveral times for me to talk about my concerns, for the services on my truck and you failed to respond or return back any of my calls until today. And yes my vehicle has been returned to the service department twices. The first time (May to June) your services department had it for 1 month to make repairs that was was not fixed. So i returned it back and they keep it 2 more weeks (july), to get it back and still your service team didnt fix what they said. I took it to the GMC dealership where I was told that the repairs was over $10,000 to be fix. Some of the repairs that your services department was suppose to fix that didnt. As for your warranty, it only covers very little ( harmonic balance pulley, the crankshaft seal leaking and evaporator vent solenoid, problem with the gas tank, and 2 leaks near the engine and so much more) and after and hour of labor I will still have to come out of pocket and pay the balance. So yes, THAT warranty, that was sold to me is not working like it was stated. You are right I did buy it SOLD as is, like I purchased my other cars from here as well. And one thing Mr. Matthew (RIP) did was make sure his customers was taking care of. When i bought my first vehicle, it had problems with it too, and it was also sold as is, Mr. Matthew make sure it was fix. And i didnt have any problems anymore. Thats why i came back to you all to purchase again and again.(2 MORE CARS) And as for the carfax on this truck,it has nothing to do with the services repair I requested to talk with you about. Big shout out to Ron and Keith that supported and did everything they could to help!!!! But after coming to the dealership today and seeing how I can not trade out of this truck, it would have been nice to see your face Mr. MURPH and explain what you explain on this site, like you reply here, on this site. In closing, I will be reporting this matter to the better bereau and will continue to post updates for people to know the outcome of this vehicle.
