I had purchased a vehicle from a dealer, treated me so horribly after the sale, I really didn’t kno Quite frankly, I don’t even know where to begin. I had purchased a vehicle from a dealer, treated me so horribly after the sale, I really didn’t know what to do. To add insult to injury, this dealership also sold me a warrantee it did not cover my vehicle. So, two years into this nightmare of an automobile, it just decides not to work anymore. I owed over $8000 on this car. I’m a schoolteacher. I had no idea what I was going to do. I was literally in tears, this car that I bought that was supposed to get me back-and-forth to work, had become an absolute nightmare, and it had consumed every part of our lives. With my expectations at their very lowest, and feeling like such an idiot for being duped by this dealership in Fuqua Varina and Proguard Warranty, The Mercedes dealership of Cary, referred me to Robert Walker. I had no idea that this man was going to be an absolute knight in shining armor. One of the good guys. They actually still make them in the car business. After speaking with this gentleman once on the phone, I made an appointment to go see him. I really did not think there was anything that they could do for me. I thought I was just gonna be holding the bag of a lot of negative equity, and I did not feel like I brought anything to the table, except for a spotless driving record. Lol. Well, this is where the fairytale really gets good. I went to see the good people at Matthews motors, in tears, they reassured me, the educated me on the process of buying a good used car with a lifetime warranty. Oh, and the day that I was going to purchase my automobile, I had no way to get to Clayton North Carolina. I live in Cary. Mr. Walker picked me up at my home early that morning and drove me to the dealership. He treated me like I was part of his family, I have never felt so respected and taken care of. At the end of the closing day, I drove away in a beautiful black Ford Mustang convertible with low miles and a lifetime warranty. I also know that I can go see Mr. Walker for anything that my car needs. He’s an amazing salesperson, and even more amazing human being. Mr. Walker was not trying to just get me in to any old car and make a quick sale. Mr. Walker takes the entire buying experience to the next level. I will never buy another car from anyone else. It goes without saying, that the poor pumpkin that I was stuck with, turned into a beautiful coach by the end of the day thanks to Mr. Walker and Matthews motors. I love these people! They spoiled me beyond words, I am a huge fan, and my next car will come from Mr. Walker. You better believe it. Driving a dream, Tracey Frazier More

Completely satisfied! I was a bit skeptical that we would be able to make a deal, given my financial situation. I am currently going through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
