Well after finding out the car was dead we had to try something so I called them and asked about their financial options. I told the lady we would try to make it in the next day or so cause we would have to get a ride up there but were interested. A couple minutes later a very nice man called back, his name is Robert Walker. He said I heard your family is in need of a car, I can come get you guys if you give me your address. I thought that was so impressive. So with having no money down and very little income Robert was able and willing to make it work with no stress on us and went home in a 2017 that same night. Most sales men wouldn't even have wasted their time but THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ROBERT WALKER! YOU TRULY ARE THE BEST. More

Avoid Stereotypical car dealership. Looking to take advantage of you. The actual face to face experience is quite pleasant but that does not help me when my Stereotypical car dealership. The actual face to face experience is quite pleasant but that does not help me when my car has supposedly "fixed" issues cropping up within the 3 months I've owned it. And the only way out of the car is through another vehicle..... My overall feelings are that I was taken advantage of as a first time buyer and that my safety concerns are not being handled seriously. To add insult to injury they have run my credit so many times that my credit has dropped significantly. More
