Willing to "Go the extra mile" I give Robert Walker a five star rating in this review as he was both professional and responsive to our needs as we worked our way through three vehi I give Robert Walker a five star rating in this review as he was both professional and responsive to our needs as we worked our way through three vehicles in two months (All 4Runners) trying to land on the right combination of features and price that would meet our needs. Robert was able to assemble package that was perfect while not being the least bit aggressive. I have no doubt that I will return as a customer if we need to buy another car in the future. The dealership received a 4 star rating out of 5 if only to demonstrate that I am serious and am considering the fact that so many responders will simply run down a check list and give every dimension of customer satisfaction either a five star rating or a one star rating. I paid attention to the processes in our sale and was impressed with the financial process. The sales mananager found the best rate and spent a great deal of time describing the pros and cons of an extneded warranty. He actually asked me how long I intended on keeping the car as opposed to pushing an expensive contract on me. I believe the dealership actually considered my best interest which is a rare experience. The service department is under new management and the new director spent a great deal of time researcing the cost of ownership for me. I really appreciate this. More

Carlos did a great job in explaining the extra warranty they offered (which I had not intended to purchase) however after listening to Carlos and thinking about it overnight we decided to purchase the extra warranty.
