Worst dealership and service ever Very awkward when dealing with the sales people. We had a salesman working on the deal and when we returned another salesman had our paper work and sa Very awkward when dealing with the sales people. We had a salesman working on the deal and when we returned another salesman had our paper work and said he was going to finish us up. When the first salesman came back in and saw us sitting with this guy he approached and asked what was going on. It was obvious the other salesman stole the deal. Put my wife and I in a very uncomfortable position. Then had my 19 year old daughter take her car there for an inspection when my wife called and said they wanted 260.00 in repairs in order for the car to pass inspection. One of the repairs was to replace a side light on the front of the car that would cost 160.00 because the bumper had to be taken off to get to it. So not true. And i was at the lot when they opened the next day to show the service manager how i can do it in less than three minutes. No explanation given. Lastly, went to have the car appraised for a trade in. They gave me an appraisal then decided they just dont want the car. Keep in mind on the web site steve mathews states he will buy any car 1k over any other appraisal. Not true to your word Steve. More

By the grace of God I was connected to Matthews Motors. What a wonderful dealership. Every person I dealt with was incredibly kind and helpful to me. Dan Diggs, the service manager went over and above to help me. He was kind and compassionate and very sensitive to my dilemma. He put me in touch with Andrew Bain in the sales department who was also an exemplary employee. Andrew placed me in a beautiful and reliable vehicle With a loan payment I could afford. What started out to be a horrible circumstance turned into a very pleasant encounter with a marvelous dealership and kind, compassionate and very helpful employees. Everyone I met during this experience treated me as if I were family. They were professional, helpful and very sensitive to my situation. I can’t say enough about this dealership and all of their employees from the receptionist, Christy who helped me with my tags and title, to Carlos in the finance department and finally Sue Hall who was helpful every step of the way. These people truly care about their customers in every situation. More
