I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and responsibility at Matthew Motors. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my vehicle, but they also showed no willingne professionalism and responsibility at Matthew Motors. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my vehicle, but they also showed no willingness to take accountability for their mistakes. After several visits and countless excuses, my car is still not functioning properly. Their customer service is unresponsive, and it seems they are more focused on avoiding responsibility than actually fixing the problem. I expected much better service, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this dealership if they want to avoid the same frustration. More

This place is a true gem! I had recently totaled my vehicle and was looking for a place to assist me with purchasing a car. The customer service was amazing from the start. Everyone was very knowledgeable and eager to assist with any questions I had. I trusted them so much that I purchased a car sight unseen!!! And when I say my transaction was smooth from start to finish it really was. Matthew Motors got me in a 2018 Range Rover Evoque and had it delivered to me for FREE (I live 3hrs away from their dealership). When the car arrived it was beautiful. Literally just like the pictures online. Even my delivery driver Andy was amazing! Long story short if you are in need of a vehicle these are the people to see! No matter your financial circumstances I’m sure they’d be able to assist! They have for sure earned me as a lifelong customer!
