This dealership has POOR customer service. I made appt with Salesperson (Turner) to see a vehicle. I confirmed the appt at 9:28AM. The appt was scheduled for 1:30PM and I let him know that I was only co with Salesperson (Turner) to see a vehicle. I confirmed the appt at 9:28AM. The appt was scheduled for 1:30PM and I let him know that I was only coming in to see that vehicle because I was working and coming during my only break that day. I drove all the way there to only be told that the vehicle was sold the night before and left the lot a couple hours before I arrived. I think Turner should have contacted me to reschedule at a later time. More
