Matthews Motors Inc responded

We did sell the Bass Family a 2007 Chevy Tahoe and the vehicle failed state inspection. In that time we loaned them a SUV to drive and we paid to have the Tahoe issue fixed at the local Chevy dealer. Once the deal was done and we were funded on the contract the Bass Family wanted to back out of the deal. After a few days of going back and forth with the Bass family, the lender and Mr. Matthews we backed the deal out, paid the new Tahoe loan off in FULL, refunded them the $2500.00 and returned them the Mountaineer they traded in which we had paid that vehicle off as well. The process took sometime because in most cases once you do deal you can not back out if the dealer has been funded and we pay off your trade in. Once we got the trade in back from the company that bought it from us and got all the title work back and our loaner vehicle we refunded them the full down payment and trade in. Sorry we did not meet your expectations at Matthews Motors we do our best to make everyone happy and do business the right way.
