My wife and I were looking for a specific car after her Jeep was totaled. After searching many dealers up and down the east coast, we found the car we wanted at Matthews Motors. I spoke with Mike Frischman, and after initially being denied the offer I made, I checked back a couple weeks later, and they then agreed to my price +$500. For the car we got, I feel we negotiated a good price. What really impressed me, was that once we had the price negotiated, they never again tried to get more money from us. The car did have a vibration problem that Mike Roberts (service manager) took in while we waited, and rebalanced the tires. That took care of the vibration, and we were off and running. There were a couple times when the salesman tried to explain away the vibration as poor roads, but quickly backed off when my wife said, "That's more than bad road." (Way to go hon...) Because I was from out-of-state, I thought there would be problems with financing, but even that was handled quickly, professionally, and to MY satisfaction. Over the years I have purchased many cars (one of my least favorite chores), and I must say this had to have been one of the least painful experiences I've ever had buying a car. I take my hat off to Steve Matthews and his crew for making it that way. Even Victoria, the finance manager, was pleasant and efficient while correcting the mistakes that we made when filling in the paperwork. More

When I walked into this dealership it was me just stepping out on my faith in God. Pete Fowler was not only remarkable, but he taled in a way I understood, so I knew he was no scam artist. Mr Fowler worked this deal and I did not feel suckered afterwards. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and wants to make sure the customer understands the contract they are signing. Most of all he is helpful. He wants to make sure a customer has a GOOD, AFFORDABLE, DEAL, and not just signing some piece of paper. He represents the Company very well, and please know by purchasing a car from this dealership, is no scam whatsoever. The ole saying goes, come into a dealership with a man so you do not get ripped off. I disagree, I came in there with God on my side and drove out with a 2014 Nissan Versa.
