They got us an awesome deal and didnt take all day like other dealerships. I came back a few days later just to have the tires rotated and was greeted by Corey from the service dept. who is awesome as well. I have to say our overall experience was great. I was so scared but he calmed me down by telling me how everything work and how everything would be ok. I had seen the dealership before since it is right across from Clayton High School and is on the way home from most places we go in Clayton. When I started car shopping, I saw an ad/car listing for Matthews Motors and saw a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I navigated their website to find more information and then went to the dealership. I told Robert what vehicle I was looking for and he brought me right to it and let me test drive it right away. He made everything easy, was friendly, and had great customer service skills. When he handed me over to Victoria to finish things up, she was great as well. Once again things were simple and the conversations were friendly. I am glad I chose Matthews Motors for my first vehicle purchase and would highly recommend them to anybody shopping around for a vehicle! More
