He listen very well and was able to help my son see how he could purchase a car not all the reason he was not able to purchase a car. He also was very pleasant to me and respectful in helping me to apply while at work. When you have obstacles in the way it is good to have someone help you remove them and that is what Mr. Severino did he helped to remove any obstacles and the result is my son is now driving the car he wanted.
