Perfect Customer Service! I went to Matthews Motors because they were recommended to me. They were kind and courteous and above all honest with me about my financial situation I went to Matthews Motors because they were recommended to me. I had been to another dealership (DT) and they were horrible, they had a push the car out mentality and who cares what happens to the care or customer afterwards. When I met with Dennis, he put me at ease and made me understand so I could make an educated decision on what I was going to do. He was open and honest. There was no xx involved and I really appreciated that. I've been in sales for over 20 years and come by very few companies that value the "client" as much as I do. I have very high expectations on service and when I find a company that has the same value system as I do, I make sure everyone knows how good they really are. I want to thank the entire staff at Matthews Motors for their honesty and integrity with this transaction and I look to a lifetime of cars with them! More

So, then we started the search for one that would give me the room and all the tech support that I wanted for my rolling office. I felt comfortable and trusted Harry to be honest and fair. It's exciting! The car is beautiful with even more bells and whistles than I expected. When the car arrived and was cleaned and ready for my inspection, we took it for a drive.
