He worked with us and tried his hardest to get us the best deal. We actually had fun with him while we were doing our whole application process! We laughed, we joked around! He is a man that truly enjoys his job and clearly loves his customers! Like I said with being in customer service most of my adult life, I appreciate being treated the way the people at Matthews Motors treated us. This is the kind of service that will bring us back there again (for a third time!) to purchase any additional vehicles we may need! This guy spent the evening with me making me feel more like a valued friend versus a potential customer and that's what sold me on walking out the new owner of a 2014 Jeep Compass. He even introduced me to the owner which made me feel nervous at 1st but his smile and demeanor calmed that down within seconds. I would highly recommend this to you as a 1st choice dealership! Excellent Customer Service I started my experience by filling out a pre - qualifying application online. Immediately afterwards, I received an email and a phone call from Vict I started my experience by filling out a pre - qualifying application online. Immediately afterwards, I received an email and a phone call from Victoria Roben who scheduled me for an appointment and informed me of all the documents I would need for approval. I went the following day to the dealership and this is when I met Mr. Harry Severino. He provided me with the best service anyone could possibly receive. Although the dealership closed at 8, Mr. Severino along with the GM continued to work with me until about 10pm to get me to a deal that I wanted. This was my first "real" car buying experience. I definitely would recommend Matthew Motors to someone looking for that same great experience. On top of that I would definitely recommend that Harry Severino is the sales person to request.
