Great Experience We mistakingly went to Matthews Motors and were to go to another dealer in another county. Have no I dea how that happened, anyhow Mr Fryette was the We mistakingly went to Matthews Motors and were to go to another dealer in another county. Have no I dea how that happened, anyhow Mr Fryette was the perfect salesman. My wife was specific in what car she wanted. I really mean specific. Mr Fryette and some of the other employees made it happen. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but by time we left for the day we had papers on the vehicle and the deal closed. One week later my wife and I drove off the lot with what we were looking for. Not to mention they even had dinner for us (lol) GREAT job guys! I certainly will recommend Mattew Motors to any perspective buyer. More

Job Well Done I've visited this dealership several times via their website and thought I knew for sure what I wanted. I went to the actual Clayton location on last Friday but could not commit. Today I met Pete Fowler for the 1st time. This guy spent the evening with me making me feel more like a valued friend versus a potential customer and that's what sold me on walking out the new owner of a 2014 Jeep Compass. He even introduced me to the owner which made me feel nervous at 1st but his smile and demeanor calmed that down within seconds. I would highly recommend this to you as a 1st choice dealership! Excellent Customer Service I started my experience by filling out a pre - qualifying application online. Immediately afterwards, I received an email and a phone call from Vict I started my experience by filling out a pre - qualifying application online. Immediately afterwards, I received an email and a phone call from Victoria Roben who scheduled me for an appointment and informed me of all the documents I would need for approval. I went the following day to the dealership and this is when I met Mr. Harry Severino. He provided me with the best service anyone could possibly receive. Although the dealership closed at 8, Mr. Severino along with the GM continued to work with me until about 10pm to get me to a deal that I wanted. This was my first "real" car buying experience. I definitely would recommend Matthew Motors to someone looking for that same great experience. On top of that I would definitely recommend that Harry Severino is the sales person to request.
