When working with Harry Severino, one of the experienced car salesman, I was able to get a great loan right off the bat for the Dodge Challenger that I was interested in purchasing as they were willing to give more for my trade-in than what I was expecting. Even after purchasing the new vehicle they refinanced the loan for me at a lower interest rate (which I did not pry them to do), which was phenomenal. Didn't buy but great service Mike had two cars I was interested in, a light blue and dark blue 2013 Ford Escape SEL. One car they had on their lot in Clayton and the other one was Mike had two cars I was interested in, a light blue and dark blue 2013 Ford Escape SEL. One car they had on their lot in Clayton and the other one was in Goldsboro. I talked with Mike over the phone a few times on 5/30/14 about the vehicles mentioned above and he answered all questions to the best of his abilities. When I left him a message to call me, he returned my call promptly. I would have purchased one of the two vehicles but I decided that the Escape was probably smaller than what I wanted. I will definitely give him and Mathews Motors a shot at my business on my next vehicle purchase. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for in stock at the time. Robert Walker made sure I was happy with my choice by letting me test drive the car first and answered any questions I had concerning the car. Jeff and Victoria in the Finance department were very friendly and had me in and out with no problem, it was a very organized and time efficient process. I will definitely recommend Matthews Motors to those looking for either a used or new car. Great Experience We mistakingly went to Matthews Motors and were to go to another dealer in another county. Have no I dea how that happened, anyhow Mr Fryette was the We mistakingly went to Matthews Motors and were to go to another dealer in another county. Have no I dea how that happened, anyhow Mr Fryette was the perfect salesman. My wife was specific in what car she wanted. I really mean specific. Mr Fryette and some of the other employees made it happen. The vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, but by time we left for the day we had papers on the vehicle and the deal closed. One week later my wife and I drove off the lot with what we were looking for. Not to mention they even had dinner for us (lol) GREAT job guys! I certainly will recommend Mattew Motors to any perspective buyer. More
