When working with Harry Severino, one of the experienced car salesman, I was able to get a great loan right off the bat for the Dodge Challenger that I was interested in purchasing as they were willing to give more for my trade-in than what I was expecting. Even after purchasing the new vehicle they refinanced the loan for me at a lower interest rate (which I did not pry them to do), which was phenomenal. Didn't buy but great service Mike had two cars I was interested in, a light blue and dark blue 2013 Ford Escape SEL. One car they had on their lot in Clayton and the other one was Mike had two cars I was interested in, a light blue and dark blue 2013 Ford Escape SEL. One car they had on their lot in Clayton and the other one was in Goldsboro. I talked with Mike over the phone a few times on 5/30/14 about the vehicles mentioned above and he answered all questions to the best of his abilities. When I left him a message to call me, he returned my call promptly. I would have purchased one of the two vehicles but I decided that the Escape was probably smaller than what I wanted. I will definitely give him and Mathews Motors a shot at my business on my next vehicle purchase. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for in stock at the time. I had only visited Matthews Motors to get an idea of I was very pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of the employees at Matthews Motors. I had only visited Matthews Motors to get an idea of what type of car I was looking for. While I was there, I was provided great service and was able to find the exact car I was looking for. Robert Walker made sure I was happy with my choice by letting me test drive the car first and answered any questions I had concerning the car. Jeff and Victoria in the Finance department were very friendly and had me in and out with no problem, it was a very organized and time efficient process. I will definitely recommend Matthews Motors to those looking for either a used or new car.
