When I called, Victoria clearly explained all the documentation I needed to bring and when I arrived Pete Fowler greeted me at the door and then meticulously collected all the information needed. Pete then showed me the latest model of the car I was trading, an Impala, but when I was lukewarm toward purchasing it, he applied no pressure at all, when inside and returned with an offer on a car I wanted but thought I could not get - a Lexux Hybrid! There was no pressure on the terms and I left with the Lexus and service packages that are well worth it. By any mean necessary My experience at Matthews Motors was a genuinely five star experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot I was greeted by Jim who was very pleasan My experience at Matthews Motors was a genuinely five star experience. From the moment I walked onto the lot I was greeted by Jim who was very pleasant. His approach was very subtle and appreciated . He asked what I was looking for, he wasn't too pushy which was a plus for me. After finding a car that interest me, he got the keys and I was able to test drive it. I loved it ! Once I provided my information, he told me exactly what I needed to do and I did just that. When I returned to complete the process Jim got straight to work and finding me the best deal possible. Jim was very persistent in working with me and made sure I left with a car, and better yet the car that I wanted. After the process with him was completed, I worked with Dave who was also very pleasant and made sure that I fully understood everything. My experience at Matthews Motors was excellent because of these two, along with all the staff that worked together in assisting me .Without a doubt I would recommend this place to someone who was looking for a car.
