Overall good experience with some Displeasure! Overall good experience. I signed a document stating there was no damage to the vehicle without carefully examining the front lower right bumper. The front right lower bumper had been repaired with bonding and paint (5-6 inches long), was not professionally repaired (appeared that previous owner may have gotten to close to the curve). Maybe the dealership did not know about the damage and the repair that had been performed or maybe they did know about the damage. This experience taught me to fully examine vehicles before purchase. The sales staff were pleasant but became rude at times. However, the car is exactly what I was looking for and priced competitively, so I stayed and spoke more with Mike Collier. After a longer conversation with him, the sales experience became much better. In the end, he had a damaged portion of the entertainment system fixed through the dealership before being quite pleasant when we eventually bought the car. I would highly recommend someone consider this dealership, but be prepared for some unpleasantness before a very nice experience. More
