I stopped in after work, thinking I was just going to show them my license and talk about financing. The person I had talked with earlier was not available, so Robert talked with me for a few minutes to see what my needs were and about an hour later I was driving home with a car. I have never purchased anything that was as painless as this was. I received a great car with some great perks as well. Love the lifetime oil changes and detailing!! Amazing Carbuying Experience! Came into Matthews Motors in Clayton looking for information and to see what I could do about the vehicle I knew I wanted. Walked onto the lot and the FIRST car I saw was the car I truly wanted! Didn't look no further, Richard and Dave started up the process from there. I was nervous of course but Dave did everything that he could to make sure I was driving home in that car today. Amazing customer service and amazing communication skills! I never missed a beat, I knew everything that was being done or signed. Dave made sure I was getting the deal I deserved and kept me up to date the entire time.
