He is very honest, no hard pressure sales tactics and he works with you. Chuck is also amazing because he worked very hard to get payments I could afford and last but definitely not lease, there is Dennis. Murph, Chuck and Dennis are courteous and approachable. No more car shopping for me...Matthews is my new dealership. I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra, very clean with low mileage...my friends saw it is made for me :). Righting a Wrong When I went in with a service complaint, the entire team wanted to "make it right,." Did they ever! My little car was limping along, but I couldn't af When I went in with a service complaint, the entire team wanted to "make it right,." Did they ever! My little car was limping along, but I couldn't afford another car until March. The team was ready to make the repairs for me, but then found a car I love and also found a way to eliminate every obstacle. I didn't come in even thinking I could get a car, but I drove home my 2010 Chevy Malibu and am now able to go anywhere in safety. I really appreciate every member of the team who was so willing to take care of me! More
