From the first time I was contacted until I actually went in to the dealership, someone was constantly in contact with me trying to make sure things were in order by the time I got there. Alan Critcher was whom I dealt with and he was amazing. He was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. He was very entertaining as well. Again, Nicely Done. Decided it was time to stop sinking money into an old car. Went to Pete Fowler, who had been good to us last time, and he was even better this time. Got a pretty good deal (at least to me), and drove away in a better car than I'd anticipated. Finance guy - cannot remember his name now, maybe it was Alan, and the lady he was training, were a pleasure to work with. Only issue was it took a long time, because it seemed the poor guy was overwhelmed (thus the training of a new person.) Third car we've bought from them, will be back... hopefully not too soon, though! More
