Expected little but got ALOT! I visited Matthews Motors with an eye on a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. I had been to a couple of other dealers only to learn I was supposedly upside do I visited Matthews Motors with an eye on a 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. Well, within an hour or so, Alan Critcher had me in the Focus, my trade was paid off and my monthly payment was right where I needed it to be. Best Experience Ever!!!!! I am in a current Chapter 7 Bankruptcy and didn't think I could get a vehicle without it being discharged. I sent in an inquiry over the weekend and received a call first thing Monday morning to do a credit application. I received a call back rather quickly and learned they were able to get me approved. I met with Kim Miller and she was very helpful and understanding with my needs. I was able to get a vehicle that I liked, with the payment I was looking for! The staff was great and would recommend them to anyone with not so great credit!!!! BTW, the vehicle was a 2015 Volkswagen Passat! More

Usually when purchasing a car, the person you dread the most to talk with is the finance guy-sales manager, but we had an awesome experience with Jeryl Murph. He was super friendly, helpful in explaining the financial details, and oh yeah, he laughed at our silly jokes, too! Before going to Matthew Motors, I told my husband, "We are going to see if they are really as friendly as they seem on the TV commercials!" To our surprise, they were! Awesome group of business people! More
