They were kind and understanding for what we had been through and worked with us for a few days to help us find the right car and that they did. Once we identified it, before I knew it we were approved and in there to pick it up. Kim Miller is absolutely the best! I have had to make numerous calls to her and she has the same friendly and helpful attitude every time! I would send anyone looking to buy a car to Matthews and most especially to Kim. Mike Kearns was also very helpful to us along with Rita, Kim's assistant. Everyone there makes you feel right at home. Even signing the papers with Bill, the finance person was a pleasure. Thanks to all of you! More
