We took it out for a test drive with our salesman Matt Reid. We decided to purchase the vehicle, and was able to work out a monthly payment to fit our budget. Great experience My husband and I had to file chapter 13 about a year ago and we end up needing a car. We were referred to Matthew Motors and as soon as we talked with My husband and I had to file chapter 13 about a year ago and we end up needing a car. We were referred to Matthew Motors and as soon as we talked with Kim and William we were assured we would be leaving in a car to fit our needs, and we did leave with a car and car payment that for fit our needs. The only issue was we had to bring the car back within a week if having because according to William they forgot to get it inspected so the warranty could kick in. When we arrived to the service center we had to wait three hours to get the car inspected. My husband asked if the could replace the gas used to drive back to the dealership we live an our away. More

Awesome experience! I can't say enough great things about my experience with Kim Miller at Matthews Motors. I had some credit challenges after a divorce and bankruptcy b I can't say enough great things about my experience with Kim Miller at Matthews Motors. I had some credit challenges after a divorce and bankruptcy but that was no problem for Kim. I also needed a very specific type of car to haul my giant English mastiff around. I couldn't afford the payment or gas for a full sized so Kin steered me in there direction of an almost new Ford Escape. Kim went out and measured the cargo in all the SUV', and assured me this car would work. Made the decision site unseen, , yeah, I know, could have ended in disaster, but my beautiful escape arrived the same day, exactly as discribed, delivered right to my door. Now I have an opportunity to fix my post divorce credit and soon will be able to buy anywhere, but will definitely be back to Matthews! More

My angel Well I called last year to inquire abt a vehicle. I was sent to them whir I was visiting another car store searching for a vehicle and was referred to Well I called last year to inquire abt a vehicle. I was sent to them whir I was visiting another car store searching for a vehicle and was referred to Robert Walker. At that time Robert and I had discussed everything I need to get a vehicle. Time went by bcuz I was not ready and life's events happen. So when I got enough money I decided to come back and low and behold the treatment I received was nothing but A1. From the greeters at the door to the moment I took a seat the welcoming feeling was AMAZING... With me working to improve my credit I really was skeptical of what I would be eligible for but I had my eye on a Chrysler 200 but I only told my son bcuz it was just wishful thinking. After waiting abt an hour to have Robert come back and was like I got a car just one car heck any car for me I would of been satisfied.. I was tired of the ragged cars with no warranties.. He pulled in with av2015 Chrysler 200 and I just smiled.. I could broke out and shouted but I didn't want to embarrass my son..overall my experience was amazing.. More
