No hassle, friendly, upfront, wonderful We went to Matthew Motors 2 in Goldsboro in search of a car that fit our budget. I called ahead of time and spoke to Dave, who was super friendly and We went to Matthew Motors 2 in Goldsboro in search of a car that fit our budget. I called ahead of time and spoke to Dave, who was super friendly and professional. When we went to their lot, Dave met us outside and had already pulled up the vehicle we'd been looking at online up front for our inspection. The test drive was not preset and we even took it onto the highway to get a real feel for the car. My husband and I asked for a moment to discuss the car, payments, etc; and Dave was very prompt to give us our space and not hover over our discussion. It was absolutely wonderful. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. And the only time we saw anyone 'become a salesperson' was Tim (the sales manager)talking to various financial places, working to get us the best rate and payments. There was no pressure from them to buy the vehicle and we really felt they were in our corner. It is probably the best experience I've had buying a car. Would definitely recommend going and talking to them if you're interested in a car. I love their upfront no hassle pricing. The price listed is all inclusive, there's no hidden fees that make the price increase by 1000-1500 dollars. More
