Thank you Kenny for helping this out-of-towner! A shout out to Kenny Morrison and the Fuccillo Kia team. While driving up from NC to visit my mother road debris damaged my air conditioner condenser. A shout out to Kenny Morrison and the Fuccillo Kia team. While driving up from NC to visit my mother road debris damaged my air conditioner condenser. I had my sister call ahead to schedule an appointment upon my arrival in NY. The problem was promptly diagnosed and the part number provided for my NC dealership since I had to return home the next day. Wish I could have stayed to get it fixed in NY because the labor rate at Fuccillo was $24 less per hour than my NC dealership. All the best to the Fuccillo folks. Good people. More
Fast service I dropped my car off Sunday using the drop box.. the reason I brought it in was, when I would go to start it at times it wouldn't start and I would wi I dropped my car off Sunday using the drop box.. the reason I brought it in was, when I would go to start it at times it wouldn't start and I would wiggle the shifter, and sometimes start right up. This was happening more frequent, so it was time to bring it in. Kenny from your location called about 8:30 with a quote of almost 1000.00 saying it needed a new starter and the neutral safety switch. We said no, we would come and get it..he said I would have to pay $140.00 since it was looked at ok.. then he called back about 1/2 hour later, with a price of about $875.00, we said no again.. he called back a third time, at this time I had my husband talk to him, Kenny told my husband it didn't need a starter just the switch but it mat need a starter some day down the line, and gave a quote of about $340.00. We gave the go ahead to have it done. During these difficult times, I think it was horrible to say I needed a part that was NOT at all necessary.. this gives repair shops a bad name More
