After having a bad experience at a Kia dealership in Springfield, MA on Saturday I went to Fuccillo Kia the next day on Sunday and walking out with a brand new 2013 Soul! This was my second time buying a car from Fuccillo Kia. I had a very positive experience about three years ago, so I decided to give this dealership a shot again when I was ready to replace my second vehicle had a very positive experience about three years ago, so I decided to give this dealership a shot again when I was ready to replace my second vehicle. I walked into the dealership with a good idea of what I wanted. I talked with a salesman(Michael) and told him what I was looking for. He was very quick to bring around the car that I wanted to look at. During the test drive he was very knowledgeable about the car and explained things very well. We worked out a fair price for the car, and I was also given a good price on my trade in. This all took place very close to the time the dealership was closing so none of the paperwork could be finalized that night. They took all the information they needed and accommodated me by letting me take the car home that night anyway. I went back the next day and finished up the paperwork and drove home a happy new car owner. The overall experience was very positive and I will more than likely continue to buy cars from this dealership in the future. More
