WOW!!! Awful Billy Fuccillo!!!!!! I was just in to your Schenectady Kia store and I have to say that was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in Billy Fuccillo!!!!!! I was just in to your Schenectady Kia store and I have to say that was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life from any car dealership. I told them I was in there to do an appraisal on my car nobody even got off their xxxxx to even say Hi to me to her or to even come talk to me. I just came back from your Florida store in Cape coral and I wanted to buy a car but I didn't have my trade and with me when I was in Florida. I have to say that I will never send anybody to Fuccillo evee again. I was told that the appraisal from my car would be whatever it would be on Kelly blue book at the lowest value. I will be buying a car from somewheres else. I am a full time student recovering from cancer and let me tell you that was the absolute worst service I have ever had. On TV you're always saying you're a dealer for the people and your dealerships say otherwise More

I went in for an oil change and a noise coming from the engine compartment that sounded like metal on metal. After hearing the service gentleman come out several times selling various services from transmission flushes to brake checks he then came over to me asking if he can do a tire alignment so that they can hear the noise better. They said it is very faint and sometimes normal for Kias which I've owned four of now... I'm not unless it becomes more pronounced it shouldn't be a problem. Let me translate that this is covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and we would prefer not to get into it right now because we can't sell you another service. I declined a tire alignment and simply said finish the oil change I left there luckily only being charged $44. This was after the two to three people before meets were charged 800 250 and $360. I will go to a reputable Kia service center and I am sure I will get this fixed I have a quick 15 seconds of video where the noise is obvious when my seven-year-old little girl says Dad what's that sound coming from the car. I will get it fixed and I will not go back to Fuccillo for anything. Feel free to delete me from your records Billy. More
3 strikes and your OUT! Not 1,not 2, but 3 attempts to try and get our initial new car delivery detail and services done and it couldn't get accomplished. We live an hour and 20 mins away from the dealership and Billy the sales manager could give 2 SH*** about the value of our time and effort made to come down on a scheduled time convient for them really to get the job done. A lot of games were played between managers, salesman and detail crew or maybe it was just obvious ignorance and oblivion to the reality that we were actually there for a service to get done... As soon as we signed off on the paperwork for ownership, any form of customer service was a joke. After 2 days of lost wages and 3 migraine headaches its safe to say Fuccilo KIA was a HUGE disappointment! 0 out of 5,No Stars, Thumbs down, Never Again, Don't waste your time, money or effort to do business with this place. It will be a HUGE mistake. More

I went from one lease to another (big mistake) and part of the deal was I did not have to pay for my excess miles but I WAS charged for them. I’ve called and left over 10 messages to correct the mistake but still no response. I even went into the dealership to have this fixed, and nothing was done. I’m currently at the point where I needed to pay for the miles out of pocket because they were going to send me to collections. I wish I never went through the Fucillo Kia dealership. PLEASE pass this to friends/family. More

The best car buying experience in many years My wife was looking to lease a new vehicle with 0 down or very little down. Our daughter recommended we ask for Andre, as she and her husband have pur My wife was looking to lease a new vehicle with 0 down or very little down. Our daughter recommended we ask for Andre, as she and her husband have purchased and leased several vehicles from this dealer. Andre always handled the transaction. Upon entering the dealership we asked for Andre and were asked to take a seat so he could be located. No aggressive sales pitch nor any push for a specific model. My wife looked at 4 different models and Andre provided all and explained all different options on each vehicle. She test drove each one. He was very thorough. We entered the dealership a little before noon and she was driving it off the lot a little before 3PM. Insurance, registration, new plates were all taken care of at that time. He then went over everything for the Optima one more time and answered all of her questions and concerns. Without exaggeration, it was the best buying experience I have ever encountered. Andre was patient, courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process. More

I bought a kia Forte 2015, then came back in October and bought a 2nd car i got 2015 OPTIMA. Now its 4/10/17 and i am trading in my 2015 Forte for a 2017 Forte. No money down they gave me more than what was owed on my car they gave me 17,000 for my car. The 2017 is a niice ride and a great made car. I had the same sales person for all 3 cars his name is Brett he is the best there is not one thing he wouldn't do for u he is totally AWESOME u wont find anyone better, i promise u that. Fuccillo Kia is the total package. So all u haters out there, there just might b something wrong with u. Thank u PINK More

We all hate buying cars because of the sales tactics etc. At first, I was impressed with this location. But after I made the commitment to the vehicle, the whole thing changed. During the "paper signing ceremony" there were warranties snuck on to the final cost, an issue with keeping my old NY plates and just a feeling of dishonesty. Then getting new plates in a different state was a stage production. The sales woman is not someone I would recommend. She was so bad, I forget her name. I left there feeling so uncomfortable and with a reminder how I HATE shopping for cars. I did receive a customer satisfaction survey and was never followed up on by the local office. Big miss. I am a big fan of what Billy is all about but this location will no longer receive my business or business from my friends and family. More
