We had an excellent experience with Jordan, Tim and the entire team at Matthews. We inquired online about a Kia Carnival, Jordan was very prompt and got back to us right away. We setup an appointment to co entire team at Matthews. We inquired online about a Kia Carnival, Jordan was very prompt and got back to us right away. We setup an appointment to come in and test drive. Tim showed us features on the new car and worked with us to pick out a color and trim level that fit our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the interior and exterior colors we wanted. Tim and the team located a car with the options we wanted and had it ready for pickup the next day! We could not be happier with our experience and would definitely recommend purchasing from Tim and Matthews Kia! More
