Communication was nonexistent I would not recommend this dealership. Once I can get my car fixed and can afford a new vehicle I won’t be looking back! Also for the service rep to get back to me and I would pay for repairs and get my nys inspection! I never received an update from anyone! I called numerous times to be told they were too busy. Then the computer was down and they couldn’t print out my order, or find it for that matter! If this was the last dealership on the planet I would walk to another! More

Wait time very long. Took my car back to do an update they didnt/forgot to do when they had the car for 3 months. Service has really gone down hill the last 3 years.
