Bought my first Kia this week. Our Salesman, Allan Sevor, was great. He took over for another salesman and went over and above to help me get the car I wanted. He searched the database and found the car I wanted. He was polite and took a lot of time with us. The showroom was very nice and clean and adhered to the current social distancing protocol. Run for your financial life!! Total schiters!! Girlfriend needed a co-signer for a new car purchase. They made me the owner after lying to me, saying that it only looked that way o Total schiters!! Found out differently when the title arrived in the mail. Don't think this is even legal. Hopefully they do this again to the wrong person(like a cop or a lawyer). More
Been buying KIA's since my wife's 2009 Sportage. Great car, had it for 10 years. Fast forward to this week for the 3rd lease for my daughter. Salesman was courteous and friendly, said all the right thin car, had it for 10 years. Fast forward to this week for the 3rd lease for my daughter. Salesman was courteous and friendly, said all the right things. Comes out with the lease deal, says "I think you will be very happy with this deal" $100 higher per month than we told him was our limit. Happy? Confused! When we got up to leave told him how disappointed we were, made excuses that "we don't control the price, we don't control the deals, etc. "Here is my card if you ever need anything!" Clearly not tuned in to what was going on. Not the same Company. Will be looking at other dealers and just buy a car! More
Nothing huge about it. Bought a new forte in 2015. Car was great until we hit 77k. Motor was shot.......yes shot. They had our car for 6 months while they sourced the parts needed. I had a loaner car during that 6 months. Bring loaner back, and they tell me there is a cleaning fee because the throw away mats had dirt on them. I had the vehicle 6 months! They wanted to charge over 100 to clean mats that were throw-aways. Little to no communication from fuccillo the whole time the car was there. We get our car back and 13k later check engine comes on. We drop car off the night before it was scheduled and we told them to keep it for the day. They made it a point to tell me I will be charged a 100 diagnostic fee for them to look at a car that they just replaced the motor 13k ago. Call at 5 and they say they havnt even looked at it yet!!! They tell me sorry. Picked it up that night ( without them even looking at it). Stay away from Kia, and more importantly stay away from fuccillo kia of Greece. Take your money to a real dealership. Besides the initial sale, all other aspects of my experience with them have been the worst i have ever had. More

the good and the bad the venue was clean the salesmen was very professional the music was terrible I dont prefer to listen to hip hop rap music. the manager was a jerk h the venue was clean the salesmen was very professional the music was terrible I dont prefer to listen to hip hop rap music. the manager was a jerk he put my car outside to bring a car off the show room in for a commercial the next day it was 730pm maybe 35 degrees and not lighted very well and cold. the salesman did his best to introduce us to the car and its features my wife was standing in the cold looking in the door next to me. needless to say a few days later my wife was running out of gas and did not know where the gas cover release was. wich would have been shown to us if we werent cold and just wanted to leave . Billy please address this, unless you dont want return customers because we are owed a HUGE apology Matt Dimanno was our salesmen and very professional i would recommend him, just not you manager More

Absolutely disgusted I have never been treated so badly by a service manager( mike Dinoto) I dropped m can off for an oil change And 2 recalls. I picked my van up with more damage and problems then when I dropped it off. They would not take responsibility for the damage that they did. We will never go back I will never send anybody there and this is not over. We are going to corporate. More
