The last time that I was in a dealership looking for a vehicle I physically had to shove the sales person out of my way as he was trying to stop me from leaving. Ajay was polite, knowledgeable, explained things very well, and to my liking not pressuring us in any way. He worked with us to find the best deal on the vehicle we were interested in. If the service dept. shows this much diligence if and when we need to use it I will certainly have a much different outlook as to auto dealerships. Thanks Ajay. More

Communication was nonexistent I would not recommend this dealership. Once I can get my car fixed and can afford a new vehicle I won’t be looking back! I feel like I was treated poorly because my car was serviced under warranty’ I asked for under things to be looked at. Also for the service rep to get back to me and I would pay for repairs and get my nys inspection! I never received an update from anyone! I called numerous times to be told they were too busy. Then the computer was down and they couldn’t print out my order, or find it for that matter! If this was the last dealership on the planet I would walk to another! More
