I paid for the premium detailing package. ( which is super expensive compared to everywhere else) After I drove away, I parked at a store to get out of my car and inspect the car. The gear shifter was filthy, had brown and white gunk in it when you slide it into drive. The back row of seating, there was an actual goldfish cracker on the carpet and the back had grass and crumbs still. These are what I immediately noticed so I called the store back. The service manager (I think his name is Brent) told me to come back and that they would get it cleaned, and he said he would give me a credit for a future detail. I then drove back to the dealership, the service manager took a look and said he would have it cleaned properly. After waiting for 40 more minutes in the waiting area, I finally walked out of the waiting room to see what was taking so long (they already had my car the whole day) and I saw my car just sitting in the service area garage pull up area. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. The service guy greeted me when I walked up and he then walked me to my car to inspect it. He was very kind and did ask if I was happy with my vehicle but at that point I just needed to leave because it was taking up so much time and I wasn’t about to tell them that the car still wasn’t fully detailed/ cleaned properly. The cup holder seat pull down in the middle row of my Kia sorento was not even touched (still filthy) I have a child and a dog that’s why I paid to get it detailed. The doors still had dirt and mud on them, the seat crevices still had visible crumbs, etc. all together a terrible experience and I can’t believe I spent almost 300 dollars on that detail when I could have just went to delta sonic or anywhere else for much cheaper and a better job. More

Service was good, accomplished what was needed including three recalls. However, despite being told differently, the car was not washed and radio station in the car was changed (team could have just turned three recalls. Service wouldn’t pick up call, was on hold for half an hour and then hung up on me. Never texted or called after vehicle was done, but never picked up the phone when I called a dozen times. I had to find the text number they gave me from service a year ago in order to reach someone who said that the car was already done and set, but I never even got a message from them despite literally making sure they would when I handed over the keys More
