I had a great service experience! The workers were very respectful towards me and provided me with great details of my service. I wish I could give it a 1/2 Star. Had appointment at 10:00am to have oil changed. Waited for car and service individual found me in waiting in. Display Room and was asked to have all four tires replaced when inspection report showed ok. There is only 24487 miles on car. One tire was replaced at 12,000 miles but now needs to be replaced again. I handed pricing for tires back to service individual and said no. At 11:00 I was told car ready and to cash out. I go out to service bay where car is suppose to be with keys inside car. THERE was NO CAR. When asked where car or keys were no one knew. They tried to give me a 2022 silver KIA soul. Mine is black. It took 15 minutes to locate my car STILL in service bay with technician no where in sight with keys in car. When I was told they said they were waiting for the car wash. I requested my car immediately. Two hours later I had my car. I will NEVER return to Matthews any dealership ever. More
