I was in for my inspection and tire rotation. Everyone was very helpful. When waiting for my car, I was approached in the waiting area by a sales man who tried selling me another car. He seemed very creepy and kept winking at me. I felt little uneasy. Glad to have my car back and out with in 2 hours More

MATTHEWS WAS OK ON THIS BUT ALL IT WAS IS MY STOLEN KIA SPORTAGE (2ND TIME) WAS STOLEN AND TOTALED,THEY REALLY DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. THAT BEING SAID PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME IN ANYWAY AT ALL,MY KIA SPORTAGE (2ND TIME) WAS STOLEN AND TOTALED,THEY REALLY DIDN'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. THAT BEING SAID PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME IN ANYWAY AT ALL,MY KIA EXPERIANCE ENDED IN DISASTER BECAUSE OF THE BOGUS ANTI-THEFT SOFTWARE SYSTEM YOU INSTALLED,THEY WENT THROUGH DOOR HANDLE AND LOCK ASSEMBLY,ALSO THE CAR HAD A CLUB PROVIDED BY KIA TO THE CITY OF ROCHESTER AND THAT WAS NO DETERRENT,THEY RIPPED IT OFF LIKE A TOY,I HAVE CALLED VESTAL TO TAKE MY NAME OFF ALL LISTS AND MAILINGS.I'M TOTALLY DONE WITH KIA THANKS CHARLIE O'HARA More
