The serviceman had my paperwork ready when I got there. Knew exactly what I needed and I requested the oil change. He told me, since I was waiting at the dealership that it would be up to 3 hrs. It was all completed in one hour and about 20 minutes!! Car was washed and vacuumed. Very Happy with the service!! More

Marvin was great. However, I was supposed to be given a car wash and vacuum. I did not receive a vacuum.
