They try to please every customer sometimes they aren't satisfied with the outcome. My issue wasn't fixed the next day my car did the same thing that I brought in it for. Not sure if it was driven on the r satisfied with the outcome. My issue wasn't fixed the next day my car did the same thing that I brought in it for. Not sure if it was driven on the road to try to replicate the hesitation but the machine they hooked my car up to indicated all codes were good. Not pleased the problem can't be found. I am now keeping track of everytime my car hesitates. More
The serviceman had my paperwork ready when I got there. Knew exactly what I needed and I requested the oil change. He told me, since I was waiting at the dealership that it would be up to 3 hrs. Offered Knew exactly what I needed and I requested the oil change. He told me, since I was waiting at the dealership that it would be up to 3 hrs. Offered me a ride home...I waited there. It was all completed in one hour and about 20 minutes!! Car was washed and vacuumed. Very Happy with the service!! More
Marvin was great. However, I was supposed to be given a car wash and vacuum. I did not receive a vacuum. I travel 40 minutes to get services bc that is where I purchased my vehicle. More
