I have almost had every visit to this service center go without a hitch and with those visits, communication was always there. Sometimes not to the correct phone, but regardless of how they contacted me, without a hitch and with those visits, communication was always there. Just left for a warranty repair and what was totally covered at 9:00am was not totally covered at 4:00pm. The issue was being totally covered when it was a repair but when it was realized that it could covered at 9:00am was not totally covered at 4:00pm. The issue was being totally covered when it was a repair but when it was realized that it could not be repaired and needed to be replaced, everything was not covered. They were now charging us for the labor which was a couple hundred dollars. When you pay for the warranty, they should honor the warranty. Would not recommend Matthews Kia of Blakely for any types of service issues. More

Brought it in for a backup light issue that I described correctly. Suggest I bring it in. Was told there are no backup lights besides the center license plate area one.
