This review is off my last visit. Service is normally great when I am there. This last time was told an hour for an oil change and was waiting just over two hours just for an oil chan Service is normally great when I am there. I would have been just over an hour but my car was parked out in the lot when it was done for an hour and no one came out to let me know. I know people have busy days or off days. I have been having my car serviced at the dealership since my mother and I bought it in 2017. Every experience there is FIVE STARS. I feel like family when I go.
