Disappointed with my experience I was Josh's first customer that he sold a car to. There was nothing fun about my experience of leasing this vehicle. I came into the dealership because I have purchased my last 4 cars from Billy Fuccillo. Thankfully I traded in a Elantra so I knew a lot about this car because Josh knew nothing. Maybe with some experience he will become more aggressive and outgoing. Thankfully 2 other sales men stepped in to help a few times. When I came into the dealership I did not have my title with me, Josh told me to bring it back within the next few days. When I brought my title back 2 days later I was told it was too late, I'm out $50 and there nothing they can do. May I suggest in the future customers are not told this. $50 might not mean much to some people but to me it means a lot. My experience with Fuccillo Hyundai this time has left me disappointed and sad because I have always loved buying cars from Billy. More
