I guess they did not want our business We had an appointment made the prior day with Marissa. We arrived and asked for her. We were told that it was her day off. Why did she make an appointment knowing she would not be there? Strike one. Another salesman offered to help us. We had asked Marissa if this car had certain things on it and she said yes. This new salesman said it did not have the items we wanted. Strike two. He went to the car we were interested in and it would not start. He said the lights were left on and killed the battery. Sounded wrong to me because the lights will turn off after a while to save the battery. He had no clue. They tried to jump it and it would not start. Strike three. At this point we said we were not interested and left. They lost a sale, we had everything we needed to complete the sale with us. Could have been done in just a couple hours. Guess they did not want our business. More

Although I am disappointed that Hyundai changed the navigation system and I now have to plug in my phone in order to Navigate I am getting used to it. I also preferred the color blue that I had in my previous lease - it was a rich blue color...this bright blue looks cheap. I am happy that my cost per month is about the same and yet when I see the TV ads I wonder if I am paying way too much. I appreciate the courteous professional demeanor of George Ryan. More
