Love the Car, but the customer service? William is one of the sales people on the floor who we unfortunately worked with. He has got to be the absolute worst sales associate I've ever worked William is one of the sales people on the floor who we unfortunately worked with. He has got to be the absolute worst sales associate I've ever worked with. Failed in customer service, friendliness, helpfulness, planning, every aspect including selling the car. (The store manager closed the deal with me as William couldn't) After picking the car up, a Hyundai Sonata Sport, we realized there was a chip missing out of the dashboard. I called right away and William said to send him a picture and he would make sure it got taken care of. Now mind you, we do not live 2 minutes away from this place, we live about 40 minutes. So anyways, the next day I called to see what the deal is, he said to bring the car in anytime we could and he would make sure it got fixed and that we had a loaner car, I problem. My wife and I finally made time to get it fixed during Spring break, as she is a teacher, so I called Friday and told Will we would drop it off Monday just to give him a heads up, he said that's perfect, no problem and my wife would have a loaner ready for her. My wife drives there on Monday, only to be told that they wouldn't be able t like fix it until that Friday and that she couldn't have a loaner car, so she drove her car back home. This is when I started getting upset, not only are you wasting our time, you have now wasted our time, our fuel, our mileage....etc. I call Will and he said he didn't know and was making excuses as to why she couldn't have a loaner, even though he knew we were coming that day to drop it off. Long story short, William made excuses and tried to cover himself in lies, I spoke the the only person who was actually helpful, the Store Manager, Bill. He apologized for Williams mistake and scheduled us a time to come in and drop the car off. They fixed the car and when I came to get it William came up to me and said, "did you happen to get that email review, I just want to make sure your a happy customer." Umm, hello? Are we on the same planet? Secondly, My wife's car before this one was a Toyota Prius. We turned in the lease to fuccillo the day we picked the new Sonata up. Told we were all set. TWO MONTHS GO BY, they still have the Prius because William never had us sign an odometer reading. He mails it to us to sign and told us to return it to the stores address (and no, there was no return envelope). So we sign it and send it out. He calls 2 weeks later and said he never got it. So he tells me he doesn't have time for this, and that he was trying to do us a favor. (We were told and as far as I knew we were all set at this point about 2 1/2 months ago.) he told me to call the local Toyota dealer to get an odometer report. I call and they say, the person that told you to call us has no clue what they are talking about, the only way to get an odometer report is to bring the car to Toyota and go through the process. I call William and tell him that and he told me the only way for him finish this is to have us come in and go to Toyota with him. ( I have leased 4 cars so far, and turned all of them in at different dealerships and I have never ever had an issue until working with William) so, we drive to Fuccillo again, go with him and sign the form that he should have he us sign when we picked up the new car, from what the Toyota dealer told us. And then to top it off, he says to me again, "did you happen to get that review of my service?" This guy better hope that we don't get this review in our inbox, because he was absolutely terrible. I would not reccomend Fuccillo to anyone, for the sole reason that they hired this guy who apparently has NO CLUE what he is doing. Bill the store manager was helpful through the process, and seemed embarrassed every time we had a problem. Why William is still working there is beyond me. More
