NOT "HUGE" I really need some help from Hyundai or someone because this car buying experience has been the worst. I still have a scratch in my car because of them and I still don't have the second key to my car. They told me if I need a second key to call Hyundai Roadside Assistance. Below is my Yelp.com review: UPDATE #1: Despite Fuccillo's comment about their concerns below and after contacting them 3 times and leaving 2 voicemails, I've still not received a single call or email about my issues. I'm confused how this place can have such a great rating. Yes, they have some great hours. I like that the service department is open until 7 PM during the week but everything else, like buying a car, was on a scale from average to terrible. I drove onto the lot, not expecting to buy a car, the salesman was nice but gave me the typical car salesman pitch. I ended up finding a car I liked and read the reviews on this place and was thoroughly impressed. When it came down to talking numbers with the salesman, he did something I've never seen a salesman do before. I'm not sure if it was on purpose or not but he basically led us to believe I was getting a HUGE discount, basically a 23.5k for 20.5k. We were both extremely excited, and he justified the price by saying, "We just want your business and we know you'll bring your friends." Five minutes later he walks back with his head down and immediately starts off with something like, I'm sorry but I feel like I misled you guys. He went on to say he meant to say something else and that we looked too happy to hear that number. After some other mistakes in the contract and other issues, I was able to buy the car. The salesman actually forgot to have me put the rest of my down payment down, then when I went to get into my new car I find out one of the keyfobs doesn't work. They told me they'd call me later that week to get a new one and get it fixed for me and that I'll just need to come back in. Two weeks later and still no call. I had to call them and when I did they had no idea what I was talking about. I was put on a 6 minute hold until they finally figured out what was going on and I could come in to pick it up. I drive all the way there, they program it, but while they're programming it the guy doing the work (super nice guy) slides one of his tools around on the logo to my steering wheel, leaving the emblem slightly scratched and me pretty upset. It wasn't a big scratch at all but I have to see it every time I get in my car. I go back and the guy says he doesn't see it, then he finally does, and he says they'll have to replace the entire airbag. I told him whatever works. And he mentioned his tablet case he uses to program the key to the car is rubber, implying it wasn't his fault. Finally, he got my information and told me he'd talk to his boss and "see what they could do." I asked him what that meant, wondering if they were going to do right and fix it. He said, he'd just have to check with his boss, no reassuring or "5 stars" at all. That just happened and I'll update the review as it's resolved. I hoped to give this place a raving review but my experience has been nothing but slow moving crap. Currently, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'd recommend driving an hour or two and finding a different dealer, it'd be worth the trouble. I hope someone there sees this and at least fixes the Hyundai logo on my steering wheel and finally gives me the second key to my car. We'll see. More
