Review of Experience I have had unfailingly good relationships with Fucillo, and this was continued through my latest experience - a lease. I bought my very first new car I have had unfailingly good relationships with Fucillo, and this was continued through my latest experience - a lease. I bought my very first new car 12 years ago from Fucillo but, after a fashion, I began to have problems with the service department that were ongoing. However, I wrote a detailed letter to Mr. Fucillo describing the situations, named everyone involved, and, by the next time I had occasion to have my car serviced, every one of my complaints had been taken care of - permanently - and I've never had another occurrence of poor service, somewhat less than professional treatment, or anything else untoward, for which I credit entirely Mr. Fucillo's ability and willingness to listen to his customers, and to act upon what he learns.
