Tried 3 times to purchase vehicles from them over the past few years Overpriced. I have been having my vehicle serviced for several years and have always had great service. Yesterday was not the case. I needed a new antenna for my Tucson and was quoted a little over $400.00. When I asked for a discount paying cash, I was told that due to being a loyal customer, I would have close to a hundred dollars knocked off the price. I thought this included labor. The part came in several days later and I brought my car in to have the repair. When finished my bill was over 400.00 and I questioned it Brandon, the person I had been dealing with and he replied labor isn't free. He then showed me how there was a gap where the hood antenna had been bolted down.And he talked with another person for his opinion. Brandon told me I'd have to get some silicone or something to seal it so water wouldn't get in, that I could get some sealant and bring the car back, or I could take it to a body shop since he said they aren't a body shop or call Dent Wizard. They hadn't washed the car or checked tires as requested. He said car was wan't on the order but offered to have it wash , however... They said they wouldn't advise washing the car with the gap on top as water could get it .I wasn't happy as the car wasn't repaired fully. Apparently there was some damage to roof of car from garage door the took off antenna. When I went to pay bill with my credit card, he said I thought you were paying cash. I Said I wan't planning on 400.00 and had 300.00. He proceeded to use my charge card and I asked him if he wanted the 300.00 cash and he said cash and card are the same. I asked then why did you ask me about the cash. He didn't answer. He was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion and I ended up taking my car to a body shop to seal the 1/8" gap. I won't be going to Mathews Hyundai any more business with this type of behavior and unprofessional attitude and service. More

Brand New 2021 Car 1st Month in Shop 3 weeks out of 5 weeks.Drove Car Lost All Electrical .Towed to Dealership Replaces Horrible Service Department. Brand New 2021 Car 1st Month in Shop 3 weeks out of 5 weeks.Drove Car Lost All Electrical .Towed to Dealership Replaces Module and Happens Again and Then Airbag lights on.Bring Car back and kept 2 weeks to Try figure Out as Even Engineers for Hyundai didn't know How to Correct.It.So order another Module and Then took my Remote Starter Out without Giving Reason y or telling Me a Real Answer.Said would put back in if this module worked waited 3 weeks called Dominic Servixe Mgr.said was calling to get Remote starter appointment .I called back 2 days later as He never as Usual NEVER Calls Back to say will not Put My Starter back in.Worst Experience !I Have been on Phones with Corporate and Now Contacted BBB and they Are Contacting Consumer Affairs to look into It as Matthews Says Other 2021 Sante Fes are Coming back with same Issues.I Dont feel Safe in this Vehicle.I was in A Rollover Crash prior to buying this and Only Reason Bought this Car as Mine Was Totaled.I Have ony 1200 miles on this Vehicle in 4 months as They have It more than Me and Petrified to Drive this Vehicle.Dont Buy 2021 Sante Fe nothing but Problems and Matthews Hyundai on Erie Blvd. Is Horrible. I went there to see what was wrong with my radio and to possibly buy some tires. I ended up not purchasing anything from them because they are over priced. I pick up my car, pay them for looking at it, and possibly buy some tires. I ended up not purchasing anything from them because they are over priced. I pick up my car, pay them for looking at it, and leave. After that, I went to Dunkin to get coffee, all the quarters in my middle console were gone. I keep quarters in my car for coffee because I'm a nurse who runs on Dunkin. The only people who had my car since yesterday and today were Fuccillo. I called the service manager to say that someone stole the quarters out of my car. He says that the guy who worked on my car, wouldn't hurt a fly and said I was lying. I will never go back to you guys. You're not just over priced, you're shady as xxxx too. And with the other reviews on here, mines just a little piece of the messed up service here. More
Did credit app then got a call from customer service. I told her I didnt want to drive an hour to be told they cant help me. She said "no, we just need to see your trade, we can help you!" I told my salesperson I was going to pay cash but she ran a credit check. After taking the car to my mechanic who discover numerous issues, I offered to buy the vehicle at a price. My salesperson never acknowledged that and never responded yess or no. Next I am told they no longer have the car and auctioned it out due to too many issues with it. Then I get a letter telling me I was turned down for credit that I never asked for lack of recent auto loan info and lack of recent loan info. Also they gave me a credit score of 793. I recive credit scores from two other sources and they have never been under 811 in well over a year. I guess they don’t want you paying cash as they can’t collect interest. All of those commercials saying they can get you financed must be a lie if someone with good credit is turned down. Buy Billy! More
Service Center HUGELY inefficient! I spent 4 1/2 hours at the service center to diagnose a rattle in the front end and an issue with my blind spot sensors. That would have been too much I spent 4 1/2 hours at the service center to diagnose a rattle in the front end and an issue with my blind spot sensors. That would have been too much time to wait even if they actually fixed the problems, but they fixed NOTHING!! It took them 90 minutes to diagnose the problem (after I texted the service manager and hurried him along). I agreed to a new PVC valve and an oil change, but indicated I didn't have time for the other work that day. Two and a half hours later, I asked at the window to check on the status of my repair. Turns out, they still hadn't even started the oil change! I was upset, and told them I just didn't have any more time to wait and to please just give me my car back. Took them half an hour more just to bring my car around. It wasn't washed, it wasn't fixed, and they didn't even top off the oil to make sure I got home safely. But they were sure to charge me $70 to tell me my oil was low and there "might be something interfering with the BSD sensors." DUH! I told YOU that! I will never be back, for service or to purchase a vehicle. I have no time or patience to deal with this level of incompetence. More

After a couple of weeks, I noticed that the rear back up camera was not working all the time. I called the service department to schedule a appointment to have it repaired because I knew it was still under warranty. I dropped off my car on August 28th and got a loaner from them. My service date was the 29th. I saw them leave with my car to go to Romano Ford to drop off so they could do the work. I receive an e-mail from the service department at Fucillo on the same day stating that the car was at Romano Ford and since it was going to be a long weekend (labor day), they would update me on Tuesday Sept. 3rd. That was weird because my service date wasn't until the 29th of Aug. so what happened to working on it on Thurs. and Friday and even Sat. Finally on Sept. 5th I told them I wanted my car back so I can pick it up on Friday morning. When I got there I was told that the back up camera only acted up (didn't work) just once and they couldn't get it to go blank again. I took my keys from them and left. I got it my car and put in reverse and right away the camera didn't work. They kept my car for so long and just because it's warranty work, nobody spends any time on it because who gets paid for the work. My camera has acted up at least 50 times since I had it back. I am a very unhappy customer and I doubt if I ever will buy a car from them again. It's sad when it's all about who's making money and now how the customer feels. More
