I provided the dealership with a video. In the video you can hear my car struggling to start. The battery in the vehicle was already replaced by Fuccillo. They told me to bring it back if the problem persis can hear my car struggling to start. The battery in the vehicle was already replaced by Fuccillo. They told me to bring it back if the problem persisted, which it did, but that service advisor (Morgan Hoyt) left and the new one told me there was no problem with it, and that I "probably just needed to hold down the start button." The vehicle is trying to start and you can hear the engine just cranks for several seconds. Eventually it starts, but it doesn't seem to want to. Sometimes it takes longer than other times. The car DOES eventually start each time, it just struggles to do so. This happens about once or twice a week, regardless of air temperature (the video was at 45° and the car was parked in our garage overnight.) Sometimes it takes 2-3 seconds and sometimes it takes 5-6. It never happens mid-day, only first thing in the morning after the car has been sitting for 8-10 hours. I want to know why Fuccillo Hyundai considers this normal. I want to know why the advisor was so dismissive of me when I was explaining the issue before he even looked at the car. Are there no notes from the last time I brought it in for this problem? Are Hyundai's quality standards so low that this is considered ok!? More
