I was away on a trip when I experienced engine problems with my Hyundai Sonata. I called Fuccillo Hyundai for assistance. They more than met my expectations. First, I got an appointment first thing the next morning. My service rep, Rahm (I’m sure I‘m misspelling his name, for that I apologize) was empathetic to my situation, kept me updated, provided me a ride to a local restaurant (Chris, the driver was very nice as well) and most importantly, worked with Hyundai to completely resolve my issue then set me up with a loaner car while the work was completed. What a fantastic experience! I will be purchasing a new car this summer. It will be a Hyundai because they as a company stood behind their product and I will be calling Fuccillo Hyundai because of the professional way they handled my situation.
