Sorry you had a bad experience at our dealership. All of our pre owned vehicles MUST pass New York State inspection to be sold which requires certain measurements for brakes and tires. The vehicle was driven for 6 months and certain driving habits can effect the tires and brakes. The 140.00 dollars is our hourly rate to look at a vehicle and we can not just offer techs to look at cars for free or give batteries away.
